Cancellation PolicY

Your bookings are very important to us at Lustrd Detailing and while we understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, and things don’t always go to plan, we would greatly appreciate a minimum of 48 hours notice to make any amendments or to cancel your booking.

The minimum of 48 hours notice gives us the opportunity to inform our wait listed clients of a last minute availability. In this instance, another customer may have the opportunity to grab your existing time slot. 

The following terms and conditions apply to all of Lustrd Detailing appointments:

• Lustrd Detailing requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any bookings. Failure to provide the minimum notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the total quoted service cost. In the case of bad weather at the time and location of your appointment, a rebooking will be offered in lieu of a cancelation fee.
• If the detailer has arrived to site and you are a no show, or you decide to cancel or reschedule without any weather disruptions, this will incur a charge of 80% of the total quoted service cost.
• Lustrd Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
• Lustrd Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

These charges are not redeemable for cash, credit or gift vouchers on future bookings.
